When booking training seminars and using appointment scheduling, we collect and process the following personal data:

- Password (if single sign-on is not used)

We need this data to:
- Execution and management of your bookings,
- Communication with you,
- Creating and managing your user account.

d) Meeting metadata and recordings (optional)
The following data may be collected during our online meetings and training sessions:
- Meeting metadata: topic, description (optional), participant IP addresses, device/hardware information
- For recordings (optional): MP4 file of all video, audio and presentation recordings, M4A file of all audio recordings, text file of the online meeting chat.
- When dialing in with the telephone: information about the incoming and outgoing phone number, country name, start and end time. If necessary, other connection data such as the IP address of the device can be saved.
- Text, audio and video data: You may have the option of using the chat, question or survey functions in an “online meeting”. The text entries you make will be processed in order to display them in the “online meeting” and, if necessary, to log them. In order to enable the display of video and the playback of audio, the data from your device’s microphone and any video camera on the device will be processed accordingly for the duration of the meeting. You can switch off or mute the camera or microphone yourself at any time using the “Zoom” applications.
The legal basis for data processing in the context of online meetings is Art. 6 Para. 1 Clause 1 Letter b of GDPR, insofar as the meetings are held within the framework of contractual relationships. Otherwise, the legal basis is Art. 6 Para. 1 Clause 1 Letter f of GDPR, whereby our legitimate interest lies in the effective conduct of online meetings.
